We’re Monika & Jaroslav. Every flat on this page is one we chose, furnished and look after ourselves. Our job is simple: apartments that are clean, comfortable and ready — and when something needs fixing, it gets fixed fast. We started as two students renting out our spare room, and it still feels that way.

Book direct for 460 EUR or more and your airport pickup is included — a driver with your name on a card, a 760 Kč welcome on us.

The apartment was even better than the photos — spotless, warm, and everything just worked. Even our midnight arrival went without a hitch.
Working remotely, relocating for a job, or your company needs to house someone for a project — our fully furnished flats open up for stays of one to six months.
We furnish it, photograph it, fill it, clean it, and fight for every crown of its price. You get a monthly statement and none of the 2 a.m. phone calls — we’ve been taking those since 2014.
